With Townsend Creek bisecting both parcels and 80% of the productive hay fields, there is plenty of water available no matter the lack of rain in any given season. With the system of ditches available, there is no difficulty in reducing water levels in high water years.

A structure system of fertilization, re-seeding and controlled burns has ensured productive fields with the highest quality of grass. We do not produce alfalfa and thus are able to guarantee pure grass bales.
